1993 vfr 750 still running weak

16,000 miles ,I put this bike together after it was stored in pieces. Bike is in mint cond. except not running very strong,was full two brothers exhaust,k&n air and dyno jet kit. Bike does not miss fire at all just will not rev. out clean,I eliminated all the pollution stuff ,aka air injection lines and I thought i plugged and capped every thing right but might of missed something??? noticed that the carb. vacuum pistons do not open all the way when testing it with airbox open,all vacuum pistons all good and have no holes. Can anyone help me with this problem?What did I miss ? Thanks for any Help!!!

 

Take a look at the secondary air filter on the right side of the airbox. If this is clogged it will cause the problems you describe.
