i purchase a few of these stators on ebay for my 84 vf750 interceptor< the plug was cut off and the same on a used wiring harness, been having many problems if u read my other thread, but my question is does it matter what yellow wires goto the stator is there an order or not? and would this make my bike not want to start after it is running great i turn it off and no restart? untill it cools down 25mins then it starts fine? i changed every other eletrical component on this thing< from cdi's to voltage reg, still cant figure this one out

Nope, it doesn't matter where they go.

Your hot start issue is most likely with the carbs but it could also possibly be the pulse generator(s). You'll need to check the pulse generators while they are still hot (i.e. immediately) when you have the problem. If you rule that out then you'll want to consider a carb rebuild next.

hey thanks again what r the pulse generators and where r they located?
i would agree with u on the carb issue, but why when i go to start it when hot, does the starter seem like its not turning hard, as soon as i diconnect the ignition plug that goes to the solnoid and jump the starter it turnd free, so there has to be a short, and i cleaned the carbs on this bike last year. i had a starter switch rigged up last year and the whole idea went bad when the bike got real hot and melted the wires i ran to the switch, so thats why i think its eletrical, but ive changed almost everything, what else can be giving me a direct short once the bike warms up? the only thing i havent changed yet is the stator , coils and harness, all else has been changed
