I have a tail bag with bungies. I figured I would take the tailpiece off but where to bungie it too without scratching it all up? It does not have the passenger grab handles and the bungies are pretty short as they were made to go onto a luggage rack. Any ideas?

I made a rack to put my tail bag on. You don't need the grab handles, just put longer bolts in the holes to mount a rack.
