    I need help!!!

I just picked up a pair of Lightning Performance Frame Sliders. The instructions require them to be installed at the lower engine bolt. They are to be torqued back to the factor specification.

Does anyone have a service manual for an 06 VFR?
Does anyone the specification for the torque setting for the lower engine bolts?

Or, does anyone know where I can download a copy of an 06 manual?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know there is an '02 manual in the downloads section. I have not seen an '06 book. Would the lower engine bolt torque settings for both years be the same?
