They've got the best price I've seen on the Nelson Rigg CL-350 tankbag, but I'd never heard of them before. Anyone have any experience with them as a vendor?

I bought a Nelson-Rigg tail bag from motorcycle-luggage.com. They were a bit slow getting it out, but it arrived OK and the product was as advertised. I didn't like the way it fit the bike, so I returned it. It took two weeks for them to credit my charge card, and it took a few calls to get that accomplished. You should note that they'll charge a fee for returns (they call it shipping for the outbound order, even if you paid shipping to have it sent in the first place).

My impression is that the guys there are good people, but the business is just a bit disorganized. I'd do business with them again. And I like the Nelson-Rigg products...hope you enjoy the bag.

I ended up ordering the bag from tonker.com. Their price was a little cheaper to begin with, plus you get free shipping for orders over $75, and I needed a smoked shield anyway so I added that to the order. The stuff arrived quickly, but I wasn't happy with the size of the bag. Tonker.com charges a restocking fee if you want to return it, but no fee to exchange. I decided to save the return shipping by selling it to someone locally and ordered a different bag from newenough.com (their price was only a couple of dollars different than tonker, and newenough doesn't charge a restocking fee if you return it).
