I placed an order three weeks ago from Luggagelocker for the SEAT-SAK, a tail-bag for the VFR that slips on underneath seat so you don't have to use bungee cords to hold it down. I'm super picky about my bike so I did not want bungee cords scratching the back plastic panels.
I first read about these on this website, which peaked my interest into visiting the website link above. As stated in previous forums, the bags are very well made and for that reason expect about three weeks for delivery. Website and e-mail you receive when you place your order makes you fully aware that these bags are not massed produced in China, but handmade in the USA..(Ohio).
When I received mine, I was very pleased with the product. Again, well made, and each product appears to be hand signed by someone who inspects them before shipping (see picture below).
Something else that impressed me was that you receive a note from Leslie Alderman / Developer, expressing their gratitude for purchasing their product, and inviting you to stop by if you are in the OH area.
Intructions are easy to read and straight forward. They hit the nail on the head, when they say the following..."The seat on Honda's 2002 and newer VFR Interceptor for which this bag fits presented a couple of situations that mandated a minor change in the way this bag mounts......It's because of the extremely limited space between the bottom of the seat and this sub-frame "spine" you see running to the rear of the under seat area..........The people who make the bag and I used the seat from my local dealers new VFR to work this out, so I know it fit's and works as intended."
Point I'm trying to make is that they did their homework to make sure the product works.
The version I ordered is the SEAT-SAK which is the smallest version. As you can see in the pictures below, I can easily put both of my size 12 tennis shoes in their with no problem, with plenty of room for more stuff. I'm trying to get away from my tank bag, and the scratches that may come from it.
This bag is great for me in that I can also fit my small laptop in their.
Has two zippers when they meet you can place a lock through. No way it's coming off unless someone took a knife and cut it off.
Also, if you do take it with you, it has a nifty rubber carry handle.
Again, great product and great company. I would definitely buy from them again.

I agree. I bought a lexel material one on a group buy on www.vfrd.com for my fifth generation for $145 delivered. Cordura nylon was less. Les had 2 returns from that group buy at an even greater discount. (one 6th and one 5th generation) Check out www.vfrd.com in the bargain forum for further details (13th heading down from the top) Ride safe, Dave

I have the seat sak elite, with the optional lexel material. Not too often you can find products of this quality that are made to order and manufactured in the USA. Mr. Alderman is a great guy and cares very much about the quality of his products. I have quite a few people ask me about the bag.

    Quality product and personal service!!!:first:

I leave mine on all the time instead of using a tank bag.

I bought the regular lexel. Did not care for the basketball look pebble lexel. I don't believe they make it in leather. (the lexel material is waterproof, but keep in mind that it is stitched) Ride safe, Dave

Well, I have had mine for a couple of weeks now. I have to say it's a great product! Very happy with it. It did take about 3 weeks to get it though and I was starting to get concerned.

well I did get mine in the mail, looks great, but I have a sargent seat, which I told him that, and the straps on one end were too short, the other end too long, so I called him and he said to send it back and they will fix it. I told him I was going that direction Thursday , so I am dropping it and my seat off there. said it will be perfect when its done. Very nice guy to deal with , wants to make sure customers are happy.

I've had my Elite Seat Sak for a few months now. I purchased it from the group buy on VFRD. Standard 1000 Cordura with silver piping to match my bike. It hasn't left my bike since I put it on. I have a Sargent seat and I let Les know that and he said it wouldn't be a problem...it wasn't. zr900 twin maybe someone wasn't paying attention when they finished off your straps. That can happen to anyone/anything produced by human hands. What's important is that a company stand behind their product and make it right and Les does/will.

I've been waiting on my Laptop Locker II to arrive (same material and same silver piping) -- just phoned the wife and it is sitting at home waiting for me!!!
