Look on the back sprocket, if its stock the number will be stamped on it. You can do a search for the calibrator or google yellow box.

well if your bike is doing that now and the gears are stock then i would have to say it will most likely be doing wheelies in your described example. to be honest im sure mine would probably do that it that condition, but i always lean over the tank when i hammer it just out of habit and i have yet to try it at that low of speed. i have tried to see if it would wheely at like 25 and i think a little jerk on the bars and a healthy dose of throttle might do it, but i yet to have it just do it with the throttle. i guess its up to you. i took the school of hard knocks on getting carried away with the throttle at low speeds so really dont do that any more. i personally like the gear change, before i would try to leave a light nice and easy and sometimes stall it (looking like an idiot) now i have not had that problem. it just goes with no problem.
as far as calibrators there are 2 i know of 1 is yellow boxhttp://www.yellr.com
the other is speedohealer, which i have. they just came out with a new version the V4. i think this is the best so far becuse it is digital programming and very adjustable. the old ones were only adjustable through dip switch combos.

just a note: with the speedohealer at this time demand is overwhelming manufacturing ( so they say) and i had a very hard time finding a dealer with any in stock

ok so last night I put on the 47t sprocket. The stock chain was long enough, and the sprocket that was on the bike was the stock sprocket. Results... basically it just seems like I lost 6th gear. Other than that the bike doesn't feel all that much faster. Yea the front end pulls up even when I'm leaning forward (taking off from 3-4mph in first gear) but not enough that I have to let off the throttle. If I want to do a wheelie all I have to do in first gear is let off at 6000 (let the front dive) and then open her up about half way... So far I don't know how I feel about it. I was really expecting a-lot more power. Maybe I just have to get use to it. As soon as the VTEC kicks in the gear is over before I know it, and it's time to shift.

I am going up 2 on the rear this next week...As soon as it get here from UPS....I really expected more power and from the sounds of it you didnt get that...I am only going up 2 and you went a total of 4...That should be a pretty signifigant change..but you state you dont see much of a difference??? I was under the impression 2 up is all she needs to run...I have planned on purchasing a speedo healer once I pay off the new tires...but I would really like to hear more on this subject...Gas mileage? torque ?? 2 up riding???...My VFR would wheelie in 1st also...All I had to do is let off before vtec and let it do the work...I am not looking to wheelie, so much as have a little more torque when riding with my girlfriend..Let me know, I may have to go up more teeth on the back...
