Well I just thought I would throw in my bundle of pics from the World Superbike Races here in Utah this past weekend. I know they don't compare to the ones that puma did, but it gives you more to look at. I have included a pic of my brother with Miguel Duhamel and there is a realy cool story behind that pic. Last year my brother was intentionally ran over and left for dead in front of his wife. They had to resesitate him 4 times that night. He was givin 30 units of blood in that first 12 hours, and your body can only hold 50 units of blood. Anyway they guy was never caught and the bills were adding up for my brother. He had "what the hospital said" to be THE WORST pelvis damage they have ever seen. This all happened June 17th last year(2007). I went to the AMA Superbike races here last year and got to chat with Miguel Duhamel after the races were over. After telling him about my brother and his situation, he told me to wait while he whent into his trailer. He came back out with a pair of his used knee sliders and his racing gloves that he had wrecked in that Friday. He signed all of them and a poster for my brother and told me to sell the gloves to raise money for him. We still have the gloves as of now, but when I got my brother there at the track I took him by Miguel's trailer and he was actualy just sitting there watching the race that was going on at the moment. He jumped up to say hi and shook my brothers hand telling him it was great to see him in such good shape after all he had been through. So I snapped a shot of it. Anyway here you go!:thumbsup:
I can't wait for the races here next year. They have a 3 year contract to come here to Utah, so we get at least 2 more years of World Superbike Races!arty2:
