Some co-workers and I did an experiment based on the "HHO" hype last year and never really got any proof positive that the byproduct of the reaction in the water was truly combustible. Or that there was ever enough of it to have an affect on an engines fuel economy. We started small and were able to make something that would snap crackle and pop when lit with a small butane torch. So we moved on to a bigger scale and hooked our setup to a small lawn mower engine. Not much happened with that testing. No matter how much of a reaction we got out of the water there was never enough gas pulled in on the intake stroke to combust. We may work on it again this summer(plant shuts down we play), but for now I'm going to say myth busted. Timothy, Loved that stuff about Tesla thanks for the link. Vs
