sorry guys, but i must be retarded....i cant seem to find the downloadable manuals for some pics of how the lines are run. does one line out of the tank feed all four carbs? or am i missing something..... there is one large hose coming off of the petcock....obviously the fuel feed, then two smaller ones. i know one is the vacuum line but not sure what the other is. thanks ! just need to figure this out so i can ride!!!

Welcome to ther group! Its been so long since I've seen how the lines are ran on those that unfortunately I can't give you any advice for that. Looks like Durstuka left a link that may help you out though. Anyway good to have you here.

sure pics would be helpful for reference always! ...so now im trying to get the rust out of the tank. what a bitch that is......i looked up a couple different methods and some sound expensive. so i took the liberty of trying the sand in the tank. what a pain in the rear........it did get a lot of the rust out, but now its been an hour of rinsing and im still trying to get all of the sand out....wtf...lol. anyway, those pics would really help cuz i still am trying to figure out the breather lines and where they go as well. anyway, bike is running great since i cleaned the carbs, just need to fine tune it. next is the fork seals and a little sanding and painting. :)

I don't know much about the tank cleaning, but I can show you how to get new hoses routed without kinking. the original hoses were partialy hard piped and kind of preformed. I will get the pics uploaded sometime tomorrow when its daytime though.
