Pardon the stupid question, but would my 08 be a GEN 6 or a GEN 7 VFR? Also, what changes were made from 07 to 08?

    Sorry, it's my first VFR.

Normally, it would be a Gen 6.1, but in Texas it's a 6.2.

I'd say 6, since there are no major revisions, although I don't what the changes are between the two years.

It would be a Gen 6 and as for changes, I am not sure if any were made or not, but if there were they were probably only minor changes, such as color availability and things like that.

It's definately a Gen 6 and as far as a difference the only thing that I could think of is the choice of colors may be different, Oh and the value of the bike!
