Weight loss and power increase

Yesterday, Honda Canada where in my town to let us try their bikes. I had a chance to ride the VFR and the CBR600F4i. Before trying them, I was convinced I would buy the smaller lighter and faster F4, but once I tried both, I've begun to like the VFR a lot more. There are a few things though I would love to change, and one of them is the weight. Does anyone have one that weighs less than 400 Lbs? I believe I can shave easily 20-30lbs by changing the exhaust system, removing the center stand and other things, but should anyone of you has done it, I would love to know what can be done. Also, can you disable (i.e. remove) the LBS? Also, can you increase the output but changing a chip, or doing other "quick" modifications?
Thanks to anyone I will take time to answer me,

    Stéphane (future VFR owner)

Stephane,I do not have a VFR, but I do know a few things that I have read say that the stock exhaust is super heavy, (19.5 lbs.) and that is just the canisters! Also by "LBS" I assume you mean, linked brake system, and I do know that that is an option, and you do not have to purchase. It is about a $1000 option. As far as knocking wieght off the rest of the bike I have no idea.

Linked braking system is not an option......however ABS is. NON ABS VFR retails for $9999.....and the ABS version is $10999.

Remove stock exhaust, centerstand, replace rear fender with undertray and hugger, replace toolkit with Power Commander. Remove linked brakes and forks and replace with VTR forks and brakes
