Hello, Gang. I'm about 5' 8", 31" inseam. I have an '07 with an MRA Vario windscreen (same as member "whynot?"), stock seat & handlebars. Even with the Vario in the steepest spoiler position, I still get wind blast at eye level (it was chin level w/stock). Anybody out there find a screen that directs the wind blast above eye level? Thx!

I'm 5'11'' and I have a 31" inseam. I have a Puig Touring on my Viffer and at below 70 mph, I don't feel any wind blast at the head level. from 70 to 80 it's about top of helmet level, 80 to 90 I get it in the face sheild, but it isn't unbearable. Above 90, I'm getting blasted right in the helmet can be tiring after a while.

I spend most of my time riding backroads so I'm typically in the 40 to 65 range for speed. My Puig does great in that range keeping the wind off of me.

    Vario

Have you tried the Vario at other positions other than full up? I'm taller than you and find that the best position for me is a couple of notches lower than full up.

Yep, I've tried every setting. The airflow moves up and down as one might expect, but just not high enough. I'm thinking I'll give the Puig Touring a try, per PARedVFRRider's input, after I see what other members have to say over the next few days.
