Whats this leaking???

Whats this goop leaking behind shifter pedal, its not shifter, seems higher?

 

looks like chain lube , normal buildup over time & miles.

 

Use a flexible putty knife to scrape off bulk of goop, then spray with Simple Green and rinse, use old paint brush if you have one.

 

Thanks guys, thats what i suspected, since near front sprocket

 

always the front sprocket area is the filfiyest part of any bike....if you lube the chain.
