So when I am decelerating, with no clutch or throttle engaged, there is a weird noise coming from somewhere up front. It almost sounds like a can shaking with pebbles inside.
I can't tell if it is coming from the left side or up front, but it has gotten louder.
It only happens when no clutch or throttle is engaged and I am engine braking, if I engage either, it goes away.

I need to tighten chain too, any connection? If not, any ideas?

That could be the problem, but if it rattles like you say, your chain is dangerously loose IMHO. Can you feel anything in your feet? Inside the cover that goes over your front sprocket can get really gunked up with shit and road debris and sand if you over oil your chain and ride in dirty conditions. That could also be an issue. Take a good look around and see if you can spot any shiny surfaces that might indicate you have something rubbing or banging where it should not be. Can you associate a timing to this rattle to speed of the bike, or RPM of the engine? Don't discount the rear of the bike. Sound travels in weird ways when you are riding.

I will tighten the chain tomorrow or Saturday when I get a chance, because I know that it is pretty loose.

As far as RPM I can't give an exact correlation but I can say that it seems louder at higher RPMs..but I will give it a whirl by Saturday and pay closer attention.

+1 with the chain adjustment, might want to check the front wheel bearing and the head bearing while you at it.

I'm not sure if these things suffer clutch rattle as the CB's do but if it goes awaywhen you pull the clutch that indicates it could be clutch related and under throttle you load the clutch and it won't rattle. Just a thought

I can almost guarantee you it's the chain hitting the centerstand. I had the exact same thing happen yesterday when the makeshift centerstand puck I glued to my Delkevic exhaust fell off.
