VTEC on 'V' Plate

    Hi,

    Looking to extend my Honda collection with a VFR. Seen a good VTEC example in my home town but I'm a bit confused. The 'plate is 'V' but when researching the sort of dealer price I should be targeting to pay, the 'plate' years only start at '51' (suggesting year VTEC replaced Fi version).

    Am I missing something, or should I be suspicious ?

    VTEC wasn't introduced on the VFR 800 until 2002.

    Both of your posts are rather cryptic, but I think that has to do with the pond between us...:tongue:

    lol, I had no idea what he was talking about either..


    hrmm, must be some UK DMV (dept. of motor vehicles) terminology? :)
