Voltmeter ordered...

    Just bought one of these:
    0 56

    Granted it's not waterproof, but it shouldn't take much to at least make sure the thing is sealed up a bit.

    Tossing around a few different ideas for where to put it, but I'll figure that out once I actually have it.

    I have one of those on the way to me too.
    I'm going to mount it with some velcro to the top of the gauge cluster so I don't have to make any holes.
    I'd rather have it look a little cobbly than start cutting fairing plastic.

    Yeah, I'll probably fab something up. I have an idea running in my head from my days when I had my DSM and where I installed my A/F gauge...

    Yeah I'm looking at both the 6th and 5th gen clusters and there isn't nice protected space like that.
    Shame Honda couldn't be bothered to add something so simple to the digital gauge part.
    But hey I can see how warm/cold it is out!

    Received the voltmeter today. Nice little unit. I have an idea of where I want to mount it, but need to wait until I get home to see if it's even possible.
