    Hi.

Any VFR rear wheel from the 3rd Gen onwards (90 -> current day) will fit this hub and swinging arm, they are all the same PCD on the holes. The available wheels vary from the 3rd gen 8-spoke (much in demand as the best looking) which has a 5 1/2" rim , through the 4th Gen (5 spokes- rounded shape) which is slightly lighter and 5" wide through the 5th and 6th Gen wheels which have 5 spokes again, but with a squared off spoke shape. These are also 5 1/2" wide.

The only differences between any of the last two gens is that some were black, and some were silver/grey.

Recommended tyre fitments are 170 section for the 3rd/ 4th gen (yes, I know they are different widths) and 180 section for the later wheels.
Wider tyres are reputed to worsen the handling on turn-in on all models.

Pic shows my spare 8-spoke, my original 4th gen in black and my custom painted 8-spoke fitted.

Please excuse a very slow Kawasaki rider :)

This means that I can take a 5.5" VFR800 wheel and fit to the 97 750 arm I'm installing in my ZXR400 frame (I can't ride for s*** - I just want that 180 section rear tyre - The Original Poser) - and all will be well ?... No offset issues or the likes ?...

    Cheers, And thanks,
    /Steff
