Hi Im from Austalia and i am going to purchase a VFR 800 in the future. i have found this site very informative as i have been having a few problems getting the info i require, so far i have not found any one bagging this bike and they appear to be exactly what i am after great site Badger
Hi badger and welcome to the wonderful world of VFR's. Glad you have found the info here to be useful. If there is something that you have not been able to find out, just ask as someone here may know the answer or can find out. I have no complaints about my 93 750 what-so-ever. I find it is a well rounded bike that, while maybe not the best at doing one thing, can do all of them extremely well. I have also found, and others can confirm, that this bike is extremely reliable. While your here, be sure to pin yourself to the member map so others can find you in the world. We also have a few other members from the land down under. So enjoy the site and when you find your ride you won't be disappointed. And we want pics too. ;-)
welcome. we can't wait for you to get your VFR and then tell us how much you love it. This is the bike that helped me fall in love with motorcycles all over again. It was a rocky road after owning a harley sportster and I thought the affair was over, but after I met VFR, she won my heart and we have lived happily ever after. No, I'm not crazy...well not too crazy anyway...maybe just a little...ok, maybe I am.
Hi badger, welcome from another Aussie. You won't find many VFR riders bagging their ride, we know it is a great bike!
The VFR rules all!:first: Still no comparison on the market although the Triumph is getting closer IMHO.
