Vf700F compatible with Vf500F?

    There is a title-less vf700f in my area and I'm thinking I might pick it up for parts if it's fairly compatible with the 500. ESP the plastics, I'm dying to get a set of r/w/b plastics.... But I'd also be interested in snaging the oil pump out of there, maybe the forks, just whatever.

    Not much works as far as plastics and internals between the 2 bikes.

    Agreed, the 700's are very close to the 1000's but almost nothing is in common with the 500's.
