VF700F Alternator Question

    Quick question. 1985 VF700F. Setting the valves, removed the alternator cover and found quite a bit of oil in there. Is that normal? Cant find any info in manual about that nor can I find any info on a seal (if there was one)

    Normal. Most bikes run the stator in oil.
