Does anyone happen to know the torque values for the lower and upper triple tree? I want to try raising the forks/lowering the front a few mm.

49 for the lower and 23 N-m for the upper are the values specified in the 6th gen service manual which uses the same diameter forks. They're also the same values specified for my 5th gen and VTR1000F. All of these bikes have an alloy upper and a steel lower, so if you've got an alloy lower on the 8th gen the value might be lower. As an example, the CBR954 which has an alloy lower and extra bolts specifies 26N-m.
