I only found that Honda Motorcycles were in the top 3 in vehicles stolen in Toledo. It wasn't specific to model. Do you what they are for California or the US? Am I Next? My bike is getting older now and Honda parts are expensive.

The CBR is more popular than the VFR. But don't leave it lying around for anyone to walk off with.

I'm sure sheer numbers help to drive the results (amoung other factors). Therefore, I would expext to see alot of CBRs, GSX-Rs, etc. near the top. It's nice that the VFR isn't as "popular" a bike as the Accord is a car (my othe vehicle)!

The Accord has been on the top ten list for decades.

Sometimes I wonder - On ebay I see too many that are selling vfrs parts - every nut, bolt, frame, wheel and motor, everthing on them.

One somewhat reliable telltale sign that the bike is stolen is if the seller has everything except the engine. The engine has the VIN# plus has a serial # stamped on it and the police can use that to track down theives. Some criminals when they steal a bike take the engine out as fast as possible and throw it in a dump.
