My last bike was a Gixxer 600 and my buddy rides a Busa. I know that the in inline fours that the throttle bodies need to be synced every now and then. Is this true for the V4 in the 6th gen VFR? if so would you just use a manomeater that my buddy used on his busa?

It was really all over the place. None were in sync with each other. I didn't really notice much difference except for the fact that I knew it was right.

Just had the throttle bodies balanced by a dealer who happened to have a Honda mechanic out from UK. He stated that there had been a recall over there to have this done previously.
The result - throttle response is much much smoother off idle. The bike feels very smooth when applying throttle out of a corner - Very impressed.......
