Alot of are riders have been down this year,I had a close call. I was getting on the freeway just leaving this little farm town I'm about 40yds before getting on, one right hand turn to get on not a car in sight, I got on it a bit to sweep the turn and just as I did something told me look further ahead in the lane was lots of fine dirt/sand from something.I backed her off stood the bike up and rolled over the top of it with the rear breaking lose then snapping back.fun on a dirt bike freaky shit on the viffer. Next time I will not roll the 4way hoping to burn the turn,even if theres not a soul in sight.I'll Stop then get on the on ramp If you have had a close call what would you have done different?if you could turn back time,or what was it that saved you? 78 Edges.
Next time I'm going to try my hardest not to shit my pants. Kind of puts a damper on the rest of the ride. :biggrin:
Good call on looking ahead, sounds like you reacted well. The pucker moments are what teach us to stay alive.
