Hi. First post. Thanks in advance for any help. Attached photo is from an 86 vf500f interceptor I have recently acquired. Anyway, I was cleaning it up and noticed the rear suspension linkage is not symmetric. The left side is gapped a little. Is this normal? Should I be worried? It seems to ride just fine. I tend to think this is OK. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Welcome aboard Chasjen! My feeling is that as long as the links are not binding in anyway that it's most likely not a big deal. Maybe someone with more experience with this generation bike and/or linked suspension systems will chime in soon.
