sun bleached glass

    hey quick question, my 86 700, I am assuming sat outside fo a bit during its vacation from zooming around town. the speedo and tach lens' are "foggy" its not moisture but I pretty sure its sun bleached. is there any thng I gcan do about it ? do the lens' come out short of hitting them with a tack hammer(first idea) i looked but didnt see a way to remove them maybe I'm just missing something. here is a picture it may help.

    You would need to take the screws out that hold the bezel on, which in turn holds the plastic gauge covers in. You could try using stuff like Plexus (or a orbital buffer maybe...not sure), even without taking them out, but my guess is, it will not make much differrence. They need to be shit-canned and replaced. Probably gonna be a biatch to locate some replacements as well. If you find the size of them, maybe Honda still makes that size for a more current model. :confused:

    Thanks Stuk, if I can get them out n one peice I can cut the glass myself (I have that ability) was wondering if there was a special way.
