Stator problem... results

    Well I installed new stator, new battery ( would not hold 12V's ) & wired new stator with larger gauge wire along with 3 yellows from R/R into junction box, no more quick disconect, I also wired R/R positive ( w/Fuse)& neg. directly to battery,also with larger gauge wire ( 14) I'm getting 14.24 volts when rpm's rise above idle. I'm on my way out the door for a quick ride ! Tomorrow I'm gone all day. Thanks for all those who responded.

    Yes it was... & thanks again .I Just got back from a 1 hour ride & all if fine !!!
    What a Great bike! Every time I get past 8000 rpm I get a big smile on my face !!!
