Ok, heres the issue. My 1996 VFR seems likes to stal at idle. It doesn't happen all the time, its seems to be random and after the engine is warmed up. Any thoughts? My first thought was maybe the air filter is clogged up. My father, the original owner of the bike thinks maybe a vacuum seal issue between the carbs and the engine. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
You could try boosting up idle speed with adjusting screw or likely some clogging of pilot jets. Cean carbs, but you could try seafoam first.
