So I had purchased a new set of plugs for my 6th gen a few months ago, this weekend I decided to finally get some work done to the bike.
Changed the air filter, pulled the plugs. They needed to be changed. Went to install the new ones and they came without the screw on caps. Nothing new there, tried to remove them from the old plugs and they are not removeable. OK, I have more than a few old plugs in the tool box. None had the removeable caps or they were already missing. Called a few friends and they didn't have any, called a few local parts stores and still no luck. Checked on Amazon and the return window is closed.
I have contacted the seller and will just have to wait and see. The photo in the ad and on the box clearly shows them with the cap. When you pay a premium price for a premium plug you expect that they would be complete.
What a waste of a few hours.
