A couple of weeks ago I installed some sonic springs in my 86 VFR 750 VFR750/700 83-87 - 0.95kg/mm Sonic Springs [10S-095] I got these ones http://www.sonicsprings.com/catalog...d=592&osCsid=da51448ccbab0a857d3e8976f6d1da37 I went a little heavier mostly thanks to the amount of beer I drink when I am not riding. The difference is amazing. I followed direction for preload and fished the old springs out with a coat hanger. I used 15W fork oil and filled it to honda specs. The entire job was about 30 minutes. I recommend them 100% for anyone looking for a cheap front end upgrade.
