[IMG]Hated to see her go. My 1972 K2 CB750. Bought her used from a friend in 1976 with 10K on the clock and gave her to a friend of mine this past September. Rode her for 32 years. She never went down and she never went to the shop. I always fixed her myself.

I didn't have room for her in my garage and I just couldn't sell her. My best friend I grew up with and taught me how to ride in the late sixties didn't have a running ride. His old Suzuki 500 Titan needed work and he didn't have time to fix it. It pained me to see him not riding for the last few years so when I bought the viffer I asked him if he wanted it. He said "how much?" and I said "Free"! Making an old friend very happy was worth more than anything I would have gotten paid for it. He picked it up in a trailer on a Saturday and put 100 miles on it on Sunday.

I live in Chicago and he lives in West Bend WI. I can Ride the Viffer up there and ride it anytime I want. We plan on taking both of them to Road America next summer. I told him if he ever sells it to give me half the proceeds. He said he would never sell it. If he couldn't ride he would just give it to his son. I know it has a good home.
