Okay, I have a pretty new tire (<500mi) and I just noticed if I release te bars I get a wiggle in the front. Usually in the past, my front end is dead on at any speed. I had the fork seals done less than a year ago. My tire pressure is sopt on, my balance is pretty damn good. What is my likely culprit? Head bearing? what was the way to test that?

The way to test head bearings , you will need a friend to help..Put bike on centerstand and have friend hold down the rear end to lift front wheel off ground, the take hold of front tire and try to move it straight back towards motor to check for movement forward and backward..

It could be a balance issue or even wheel bearings,, more than likely the balance weight has moved or is off just by a little.

Which tyre did you have replaced, it may be that the tyres are now unbalanced because of wear on the tyre you did not have replaced

I replaced both and balanced them. They are both low miles, but I have never changed the wheel bearings or head bearings. I'll check them today before we go for a ride.

I would ck tire pressure in both wheels and look to see if lost a wheel weight as well. When check head bearings would be good time to check wheel bearings as spin the wheel up and feel if has any drag or seems overly tight. Also take the wheel and try to move toward the fork leg and back if feel a lot of play the wheel bearings are worn out. Also may seem not as important but a very loose chain can have an effect as the slack and drive lash will cause issues..A little tlc and inspection may help.
