i got a 84 vf750s that wouldnt start and dont know anything about its history so i bought a carb kit and took the carb off and dont even know where half the rubber rings go ect... i rejetted (if that means making sure everything is clean and changing out what came with the rebuild kit) only 1 problem couldnt get the top of the carbs off where the diaphram is at so i only did the bottem part of the carb but i also adjusted the floats 6-7 mm and reinstalled the carb. got the bike running now for the first time but it just backfires at idle, only runs in choke, and when i blip the throttle NOTHING HAPPENS even tho its hooked up and i see the linkage moving!!!!! CAN SOMEONE TELL ME STEP BY STEP WHAT I SHOULD DO?????
