can any one tell me how to change a rear sproket i have looked all over and cant seem to find out how. if you can direct me to a web site that explains it i dont mind reading thanks 07 vfr800 intorceptor

i jus got the bike and he had a + 2 on the rear i am normally on the freeway and i would like the stock gearing so i am putting the old one back on ..does any one know how much torque that the rear sprocket nuts take.
