    Thank you

Thank you to ALL of you for your wonderful wishes and comforting words. I half expected either no response or people making fun of me for being so upset over a bird, but you guys are all awesome and really understand the animal/human bond.

Woobie was a very special little gal and had it been any of my other birds, I wouldn't have been as broken up, but her passing has really broken my heart. I DO know she was happy in her last years. When she first came to me, she would call out to me every second because of the separation anxiety she had from going through so many homes. These last couple of years, she has been quite content to be in her cage and not have to be with me every second, so at least I know that SHE knew she would never be abandoned again and she knew she was home....

Thanks again to everyone... you all really helped make my day a little easier...

So sorry for your loss VFRChick.

I’m pleased to learn that you have other Birds that love you, count on you, and you care for too. I’d bet anything that your fine-feathered-friends note the difference around the homestead and miss their buddy, and will count on you all the more.

    Rest In Peace Woobie
