Howdy, I have just bought myself a 5th Gen VFR800. It was purchased at a salvage auction & has mainly cosmetic damage.
I have slowly picked up a few parts her & there from wreckers & privately.
The instrument panel is broken & i have picked up another one from the wreckers that they had only just pulled off another bike but this one has twice as many kms on it than the one i already have.
Is there any way of resetting the kms or changing then backward some how so its at least a bit closer to the original kms.
    Cheers Chip

What year? You can use a drill motor to roll it back but not sure if it legal........
The new bike are digital so not much we can do. I am sure some one in here will chim in if you give more details of your bike.
