the rear shock on my 83 vf750 is no longer any good. does anyone have any suggestions on a rebuild / other shock that will fit / after market / etc... i'm basically looking for an inexpensive fix / replacement. thanks

What do you consider inexpensive? You might be able to pick up a used Ohlins or Fox Twin Clicker to fit the bill that you will have to probably rebuild or you can buy a new Works Performance or Hagon shocks.

Hell they weren't that good from the factory.:potstir: Jamie Daugherty on this site makes an extension block for other Honda shocks like the 600rr, or 900 something I think. Do a search for him. Inexpensive is what? 2-300 bucks? Somethings are not cheap for the older bikes anymore.
