I have not seen rearsets for the VFR. I also have the same issue and I usually run with the back end as high as I can get it (which usually screws up the sag) but gains clearance. I also hang waaayyyy off the bike so I can stand the bike up as much as possible. It still touches the pegs a bit. The only real answer is a track bike built for the purpose.
Stop doing that  To paraphrase Kel Carruthers to King Kenny when he was blistering his knees and grinding pegs on his TZ 700. "Stop doing that"!:drum: Best answer I can come up with other than build a trackbike.(Like Jethro)
I have a set on my 97 form Germany from this VFR website that had a group buy going on years ago but may be off line now. http://vfron-forum.vfr750.com/ I honestly never liked them thinking what just happend would have happend long ago. Some one backed in to my steed and knocked it over and the pegs don't fold up and the wieght of the bike broke my frame at the rear set mount. Check this page for details http://www.bikepics.com/members/joefoefrombuffalo/ I may/should sell them along with 900rr rear sets if anyone still looking....let the bids begin. Details on useing 900's http://www.hawkgt.com/kb/article.aspx?id=10105 I'm going back to stockers.
Any chance they will fit a 98? I'm just dreaming. As I cannot afford a track bike the VFR will no doubt be pressed into track service yet again and the pegs will get a weight reduction via asphalt abrasion technique. Noisy, but effective! :first: Once again, in my dreams.
I would also like to know if they will fit on 98+ VFR's. Check this info out and let us know. Are the mounting holes for the rearsets exactly 78mm apart? If so they will fit each other.
