Big Red is looking awesome! I'd be tempted to put a decal on that cowl too. I think you're good with whatever you choose.

It is a low budge effort to get to the track. An executive decision was made to stay off competitive 2 wheels. Track days probably, but I do get the red mist so my wife and I decided cage and 4 wheels. This was as budget friendly as I could find that was turn key. I will need to sell some bikes to make space and money, but consumables are super low in racing terms.
1987 Si, 1.5l with Mugen limited slip, built internals, and some other goodies. Came with spare (in need of rebuild) engine, 9 wheels, set of rains, 3 totes of rotors, pads, etc. spare front fenders, rear hatch, new belts, recent fire system, and log book. I’m excited and broke, but I hope to race at the back half of the year. image.jpg image.jpg

She needs a heavy detailing but I have time. Promised myself to stay in budget, plus I still need a trailer. Lol

That's awesome! Please please please keep us updated on how that goes this year. I'm interested to hear about it.

We've been doing some sticker work today here. Final preparations on the mini bikes we're racing at Flat Out Friday in the Fiserve Forum this Friday where the Milwaukee Bucks play. Been doing a lot of work on my girlfriend's CB100. Steering bearing, fork seals, chain/sprockets, tires and tubes,, and all the required stuff. Told myself I'm never doing mechanical ignition again but here we are. All three of these should be ready to go with some number plates. Just trying to get the aprilia 2 stroke scooter with 24 year old tires ready to round out the 4 we're racing. And be "we", I mean my two buddies and girlfriend. I'm content to be a spectator lol.

All three of them in this picture should be the smallest bikes in their class. It'll be my girlfriend's first ever actual race, and she's pumped. I got high hopes for my buddy on his 1977 Monkey he swapped a 140(?)cc Piranha motor into. We were playing with the carburetor yesterday trying to tune out some flat spots since it was in the 40Fs yesterday. Little guy does NOT want to keep the front wheel down, and he's a hell of a rider. It's gonna be exciting.
