How difficult are the 1kf carbs to pull clean and reassembl in comparison to the V65 magna? I just did a set on Saturday, and they were god awfully painful to reinstall... And if the VFs are even harder, I'd rather pay someone.

I've done both. The VF is a lot easier access because there is no frame above them to fight. As far as going back on make sure the boots are loose at the heads. Get either front or rear carbs half way in boots, angle the other pair of boots towards the carbs that are still out. Then start to put those in, once started you can push on the set and they will pop in. Remember to put a thin film of grease on in the boots and on the carb manifolds so they slip together easy.

Thank you. I ended up doing them today and they were 10x easier because of the angles and no frame to fight with. Thank you for the advice, got em done in about 2 or 3 hours. Only spent like 5 mins fighting them back on which was a blessing.
