First off I am really looking for a 3rd gen, but have been unable to find one close enough. They are absolutely the prettiest bike I think there ever was. I have however found a 97 with low miles that might get me by until I can find my beloved 3rd gen. The 97 is going to need some work done and although it seems cheap I don't want to get too much into it. What range do the 97's generally run in? I know the 4th gen is a better bike in alot of ways than the 3rd, but I am just not a fan of the looks. Too gimmicky. I know looks are in the eye of the beholder and I don't want to make all you 4th gen owners mad. I might even be one before too long. Thanks for any guidance on the worth of these things. Jeff
Well I just found out some more info on the 97 from a previous for sale ad that he ran. Says the engine was rebuilt and bored to 800cc. No interest at all now. Oh well
