I recently ordered a pair of Deltran Battery Tender Jr.s from pacificbattery.com. 2 weeks after paying, and waiting for my order to ship, and sending unanswered emails and phone calls to customer service, I finally cancelled my order. They did answer that email quickly, at least. They suck, their customer service sucks, and I have no idea about their products because they never ship them. I'm gonna stick with Cycle Gear. They're having a good one day sale on 11/27/09. If you need anything. They will give various discounts for military/fire/police, multiple orders, etc. Very easy to work with. There, I feel better now.
