Fun, fun, fun, I was heading back from a little outing and right before I pulled into the drive way this guy is going the other way in the round about, so off I went catching up. Once I got along side he obviously took note what I was on. so we made hand gestures to stop at the next turn out of sorts Wild, what a great time chatting it up, vfrs being the topic. Seems as though he bought this new in 88 in SCa, for $4k. with 6 miles on it, He takes the lowers off in the summer for better cooling, so he says. Anyway you don't see many like this and for him to have bought it when he did and stills has it. that and he is 69, so yes VFrs are still cool at any age. But boy he was all about the sound of the 5th gen, Staintunes will do that. in fact he wanted to switch bikes, would have, had it not been getting darker than what I felt safe for the shield I had.
