    My dad's friend and his brothers used to ride with him. He paid homage to them in the movie 'The Hunter'. In the movie he's a bounty hunter who chases down a pair of brothers...the 'Branch Brothers", that is my dad's friends last name. Of course I have no physical proof but he did show us pictures of him and his brothers hanging with Steve.
