Ok... so I had to take up the oil lines on my bike to get the coolant piping off, but I wasn't thinking and didn't mark the bolts when I removed them. So now I'm putting them back in and the holes in the bolts don't line up or even close with the lines... are they supposed to or does it channel oil through the lines anyway?

The hole(s) in the banjo bolts do not need to be inline with the hose to flow fluid correctly. If you look at the fitting at the end of the hose (the one that the banjo bolt goes thru) you will see a passageway all around the inside of that fitting.
