Sorry to dig up an old thread, but I recently had the same issue.
A bit of research and I found the correct Honda part numbers and have ordered replacements.

08L41-MCW80012 - Right rubber spacer
08L41-MCW80013 - Left rubber spacer

Hope this helps someone avoid all the calls and googling I've been through!

 

Chipa -- your post saved me a ton of time, thanks! Does anybody have the part number for the rear plate that is used for mounting brackets to the rear fender? I think its referred to as Bracket "A" on the instructions.
