Funny, I have been to Mulholland many times and yes, I see people driving/riding fast. But DAMN, if this piece isn't very overly dramatized!

Maybe if the FUCKWAD FUCKTARD homeowners would stop pouring oil on the road. Oh and now I have heard it is oil covered in sand. This fucking state is so fucking out of control it's not even describable. Every fucking time I turn around someone is trying to encroach on the freedoms of others. I don't even know why I still live here any more. Fuck it man, maybe I will think about moving. Fuck this fucking state.

Is "Mukholland" sensational spelling/cacography, or misspelling by accident? OCD over-thinkers must know or otherwise go crazy.

Takes a real winner to threaten peoples' lives by pouring that stuff on the road intentionally.

I was scared last time I went up Mulholland. So many squids, people pulling in front of me at 3 mph, and cops racing around chasing people.....I have seceded it to the squidlies widdlies and commies long ago.

Racing on Mulholland Drive has been going on since the 1950s. It's SoCal... SoCal had racetracks in the 1920s that were 2.5 mile ovals. SoCal had probably the first dragstrip designated as a dragstrip at the Santa Ana Airport again in the 1950s. Ball Road in the Long Beach area was the favorite spot before that. Lions Dragstrip was to my knowledge the first draqstrip that was built from the ground up. Another 1950s gig.

Many of the still famous names were started in the 1930 and even earlier..

Lots of footage of slow dudes going way too fast on that favorite spot for the fucking camera ghouls who want nothing more than to see some blood and guts.

Knight is a fucking fake and my money says he's never been there even close and if so, ould be chickenshit to even try The Snake.

Like the old Chinese guy said,"Those who do not know their racing history are mostly full of shit and whine a lot.."

Eh, I also think too many squids (and people who can't drive) are out there. Then again, I'm very much against performance riding on public roads. If everyone just toured through there it would be fine.

Where the hell did all the animosity come from? Because he's curious about a spelling?

I now return this thread to it's original intent...

Mine comes a much different place than yours. Some of those old Chinese guys are my best friends.

Maybe you and your buddy Knight will take on the entire State of California. Be sure and post up pix. If you move maybe you can bunk in with Knight.

Not so much a spelling mistake, but a smart phone keyboard problem, I hit the letter to the right of the one I want a lot. In this case it is the 'k' instead of the 'l'. Went through there a lot during the eighties, can imagine what it is like now.

BB is fantasizing about bunking with men again. Yeah, it was a "smartphone" keyboard error. I typed in the letters individually instead of using Swype. Oh well...

I pretty much avoid Squidholland Drive now. There's more cops there than a donut convention and so many cars that cross the lanes. Last time I was there, a CHP had just finished ticketing a guy for drifting the back of his car across the yellow line and into the other lane. It's a freaking zoo up there on the weekends. Maybe an aquarium. Can you be a squid in a car? During the week, it's empty!

Roads like Mulholland are a necessaey sacrifice. Just like the Dragon on the east coast (which is WAY more of a s#&% show than Mulholland.). Keeps the riff raff off the other good roads by confining the majority to one location

Works for me. I rode The Dragon two years ago. I had a lot of people on sport bikes wave me around them. I thought it is a hell of a lot easier to ride than Decker, Latigo, etc. At least on The Dragon you can see the next turn. Round these parts, there is almost always a hillside or cliff blocking your view.

Where do you find those clever rejoinders? From SOW? LOL Kind of scraping the bottom of the barrel there.

Did you see this alleged oil spill since you have cut back on trips to Mulholland Drive? With just a mediocre analysis, if the oil was dumped on purpose as implied, exactly where would be the first part of the answer. LAPD, CHP and the LA County Sheriffs would be all over this in a minute investigating a major felony and looking for a snitch because if indeed the oil dump if extant, was on purpose, the perp would be bragging to someone.

Your new bunky bunky is bogus.. His shit is right oot of a book or Wiki or somebody else's post or posts that has real savvy. Dude, you are getting took..

Whenever I ride Malibu I try to avoid The Snake. Roads like Decker Canyon, Latigo, Tuna Canyon are much better for fun IMO. Stuff like what they're pulling seems to go in patterns, too many hot rodders, Valentino wannabes, think they own that spot and then the residents get sick of all the noise and traffic, pull in the city or state to do something about it, crowds go away for awhile, after the whoopla dies down the usual suspects return. Lather, rinse and repeat...

I would blame that on God or one of those tent preachers who are pushing the seven day thing.
