    HI guys,

I just got an 1985 Honda VF 500 ff Interceptor with no engine(my uncle gave it to me)

I find out that it's hard to find parts for this particular model...so...I was wondering if it's possible to fit an engine from another honda model(hornet,cb's,hawk, etc) in the vf500 frame?

    thx

    have a good day

    sorry fo my English...

Hello and welcome to the forum! Make yourself at home!

Pretty much anything is possible with enough time and effort, but that is just it, A LOT of time and effort will be required.

I think the engine from the VF500C ( V30 Magna, not the V45 Magna ) is the same.

I just bought an '85 VF500F on eBay, but it won't get here for at least another week. Can't wait!

Keep looking, I know you'll find an engine! Have you tried eBay?
