    Hi all,

Just recently purchased a 07 VFR800 with 3,000kms on the clock. Traded in my 2006 R1 LTD wanted to downsize and keep my licence! Im a senior member in another forum www.kiwibiker.co.nz good forum for all the NZers. Check it out if you need any info on motorcycle holidays etc in New Zealand.....

Bit about myself, Im a Health, Safety and Driver Trainer Coordinator for a large Waste Company in NZ. As you can see, I cannot afford to lose my licence due to my job so the R1 had to go. Becides I dont enjoy having a broken backside after only riding for an hour. I try to go out for a ride at least once a week and have organised a weekly ride through Kiwibiker, have been doing that for 2 years now and have an average turnout of 20 bikes maxing out to 63. Its good to go for a ride after work, helps keep the stress levels down and the social scale up.

Looks like there is a wealth of knowlegde here, so that will come in handy when it comes time for mods

BTW Is there any Kiwis on here?

    Ciao.

Kiwi fruit....sure, I just bought some on sale the other day! Good stuff, and lots of vitamins. haha! Welcome to the site mate! Glad to hear you ridded yourself of that devilish R1 and stepped back from the darkside to join the VFR brotherhood! As long as your feet don't stink like Reg's, take off your shoes and make yourself at home.
